Deal:
1. If the order amount is less than 1000USD, you could pay via credit card and we could deal through Trade Assurance Order on Alibaba. The handling charge is only 3%.
2. If you donot like to trade online, that is also OK. Paypal is suggested when the order amount is less than 1000USD while TT recommended when more than 1 thousand US dollars.
The handling charge of Paypal is 5%, and 35USD per order for TT.
3. Low declared value can be provided for you to reduce your import taxes. You could tell us to write how much on the waybill. We normally write 250-350USD/set for carbon frame and wheels, 100USD for other small parts. It depends whether the customs regulation of your country is strict.
4. We shall tell you the tracking number as soon as possible after the shipment.
Warranty:
For frame, the warranty time is 2 years. We offer free returns and a free repairs service for the first year.
For wheels, the warranty time is 1 year. We will offer free shipping both ways for quality problem in the first half of the year. And customers bear the freight back and forth for the last half of the year.
Q1: Does the price include the fee of painting and decals?
A1: No, it doesn’t. Painting and decals fee is a separate cost. It is related to numbers of colors of the painting and decals. OEM service is provided here. Just send us your design. What you should note is that we cannot apply brand names’ decals.
Q2: What is the imported tax?
A2: If you’d like to know the imported tax of the product, you should inquiry it on the customs website in your country. The HS code of carbon bicycle frame is 8714910000, carbon bicycle wheels 8714990000, carbon bicycle 8712002000.
Q3: Do you ship in XBD?
A3: No, we don’t. As for European Union countries, there is an economical and fast way for you. Goods are delivered to our warehouse in Netherlands via E-EMS and then to your country. For frames, shipping cost and tax together is charged 160USD/set, 180USD for 2sets; for wheels, 130USD/pair, 160USD for 2 pairs.
